In April 2014, Gary purchased a second location just one block up from the Restaurant with the goal of moving brewing operations there as well as having a special events venue. The building, located at 302 S Jefferson Ave had been the home of Gino’s Italian Restaurant since the mid 1970s. As soon as Gino’s closed their doors for the last time, Gary and team went to work transforming the building that is now known as Boondocks Brewing’s Brew Haus.
In Late 2014 Dave and Glenn from The NC Beer Guys paid Gary a visit at the New Brew Haus which was still undergoing rennovations.
